6. Connected API and SMTP credentials

LeadNaro allows users to connect supported third-party API credentials for certain features. Users may also connect their own SMTP account for email sending.

Credentials stored by LeadNaro are protected using encryption. They are used only to perform the functions requested by the user through the relevant integration.

SMTP passwords are stored encrypted and are not displayed after saving. Connection settings are used to test the connection or submit emails that the user reviews and confirms. The recipient, sender, subject, message and submission result are stored in the user's workspace. Submitted emails are processed by the connected email provider. This integration does not read or synchronize the user's inbox.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of third-party APIs complies with the applicable terms and privacy policies of those providers.

7. Prospect and CRM data

LeadNaro may store business and prospect data that users discover, research or enter while using the platform.

This may include business names, websites, publicly available business information, website analysis results, CRM status, notes, outreach history and other information entered by the user.

Payment card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored directly by LeadNaro. LeadNaro may store identifiers and subscription information required to manage your plan, billing status and access to paid features.
